FibreFeelia Marketplace will be held in New Denver, B.C.on June 29, 2024. The festival is the entire weekend of June 28, 29, and 30, 2024.

Please note, the Marketplace schedule has changed. It will be one day, Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Sunday, the focus of the Marketplace area will change to demonstrations and displays.

  • Location of Marketplace: Lucerne Elementary & Secondary School, New Denver

  • Admission to Marketplace is FREE.

  • Fees can be paid on our website, fibrefeelia.ca, or by e-transfer to daphne@laureltree.ca

  • Completed applications can be returned to daphne@laureltree.ca

  • FibreFeelia is a two-day event plus the Feel the Fibre Friday evening cocktail. Tables and/or booths must remain set up overnight on Friday. Doors will be locked so your products will be safe.

  • Set up is from 4:00 to 5:30 pm on Friday, June 28. Please contact us if those times don't work for you and we can make other arrangements. There is an event on Friday evening starting at 7:30. We would be happy if you were able to join us at that event. There will be no cost for vendors and you will have the opportunity to sell to participants if so desired.

  • Please be prepared to be out of the Marketplace no later than 7 pm on Saturday.

  • Vendors are asked to NOT pack up early and leave while the show is still in progress.

  • Only items included in your application can be sold. Amendments may be considered.

  • Table/booth fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendors must be ready 15 minutes before the show opens and must remain open until the scheduled finish time.

  • We award door prize baskets. Vendors are asked to contribute an item (approx. value of $10) for the door prize (please attach your business card to the item).

  • FibreFeelia is purchasing a general liability policy. Contact daphne@laureltree.ca if you require further information.

  • You can email up to three photos of your product for promotion on the Website and social media.

  • Wi-Fi via mobile hotspot will be available throughout the weekend.

  • Cell service is available for 3g and up.
